Step #1 to moving from a desire to a physical manifestation is not as difficult as you may think. Abraham says raise your vibration, but if you are not aware of your vibration and what it feels like to have low or high vibration then you can’t raise it even if you got blue in your face.

The Law of Attraction is responding to your vibration all day every day. This is good if you are mindful of what vibration you are offering. But it is not good if you are not paying attention to your thoughts and feelings, because if you add passion and strong emotion you will end up attracting anything that comes your way.
Therefore it is important that you start directing your thoughts more carefully and toward the things that you want.

Those words are spoken in anger and there is no love in the vibration offered. Mothers are overworked, exhausted, and often unhappy with their circumstances nowadays. There are children to take care of, bosses to please and house work to do, so it’s no wonder we have knee jerk responses to life.
