If you are planning to use affirmations, they should be used throughout the day as often as possible, as they have the power to change your current beliefs and thus help you move in the desired direction. For example, if you want more money but constantly sabotage your success, there is a great possibility that you have a contradicting belief.

To change that belief you can apply various affirmations that will help you get to your success.

Affirmations are a big part of the Attractor Genie where they can flash on your computer screen while you do other things and go about your day. This is a great way to automatically without much effort change your beliefs.
