The Law of Attraction: Breaking the Pattern of Self Sabotage

The law of attraction brings us what we think of. Our thoughts beam vibrational essence, whether it is negative or positive. Being aware of this knowledge is step one to creating the life you desire, because once you know what you feel you can work on changing your thinking. If you are not happy for some reason you can look for thoughts that will change your mood into better feelings.

In the beginning this is a challenge but as you deliberately begin to change your thoughts you will get better at getting to your better self. Anthony Robbins is a motivational speaker and coach. He dedicated his life to studying and developing shortcuts to just that subject: Changing your thoughts to create a better life.
